Reinforced Earth and Wall Structure
A reinforced earth wall structure supports soil such that it can be maintained at different levels. For example, while a gentle slope may not need support, a slope that needs a steeper angle beyond the stable 36° angle will call for reinforcement. Similarly, walls assist maintain earth at two elevations, usually on slope terrains.
Typically, the steeper the slope, the more the reinforcement needed. Base Geotechnical uses materials to help stabilize your construction sites. Reinforcing earth also reduces potential geohazard risks that may arise from soil and slope instability.
